SHIPPING POLICY
Pre-Order Information
All items are currently available as pre-orders only. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3–4 weeks of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your hoodie has been dispatched from our facility.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
Once your order ships, delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–7 business days (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground)
- Canada: 7–10 business days (Canada Post or DHL)
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination country)
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options. Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount (check your cart for details).
Order Tracking
Once your hoodie ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress. We recommend saving your tracking information for your records.
International Orders & Customs
For orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Undeliverable Addresses
If your hoodie is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 30 days, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your hoodie arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at businessinquiresja@yahoo.com with photos of the damage or proof of loss
- We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your hoodie or issue a full refund
- Response time: 24 hours
